Hallelujah is an exhilarating musical journey covering the enigmatic and inspiring career of poet/singer/songwriter Leonard Cohen. Recounting the intense and varied experiences and aspects of his life, music and writings, Hallelujah is staged with a fluidity that crosses time and space. Backed by a six-piece band of multi-instrumentalists and two female backup singers, led by Musical Director Colin Stewart, stories and songs are shared with the audience by a pair of passionate raconteurs, Aaron Solomon and Chris McHarge.

Solomon and McHarge, representing both a younger and older Cohen, take the audience on a moving musical odyssey, revealing the man behind the works that have inspired countless artists and moved so many people the world over.

A staggering song list includes, among many others: Suzanne; Bird on a Wire; Famous Blue Raincoat; I’m Your Man; First We Take Manhattan; Ain’t No Cure for Love; Democracy; The Future; Tower of Song; and, of course, Hallelujah!
